The accessibility pod exists to adapt our workspace, projects, and product to those with disabilities, both seen and unseen. Pod members meet monthly to cover a wide range of topics—from neurodiversity to technical accessibility and initiatives to create an inclusive environment for our BotBusters and customers. The mission of the pod is to create a safe space for employees and advocate for DataDome’s product and services to be accessible for all.

"As I get older, I realize how important it is to listen. Whether the topic is chronic pain, neurodivergence, disabilities, or any group of people who are underserved and under-heard, having a place like the accessibility pod to listen and learn is so important. As someone that struggles with ADHD, I also want a place where I can share who I am with hope of being understood. Together we can make DataDome and our product better for everyone involved."
Accessibility pod members actively explore and collect accessibility resources from organizations that specialize in thinking and learning diversity in the workplace. We are building a resource center for all BotBusters to access support for topics ranging from ADHD diagnosis in adults to raising children with dyslexia and more.
Accessible technology works well for people with a wide range of functional abilities and disabilities. We prioritize the accessibility of DataDome’s products to ensure a frictionless experience for consumers—both for our clients and their end-users. For example, we partnered with the Valentin Haüy association‘s Accessibility division, which works to promote accessibility and maximum autonomy for visually impaired people. "After joining the accessibility pod I became enthralled with everyone's passion and enthusiasm to work on ways we can make our internal and external initiatives accessible to everyone at DataDome, and beyond! It is important to ensure everyone not only feels welcomed in our workplace, but that we have best practices in place to answer the needs of all BotBusters and our customer base."
