The women empowerment pod exists to create greater gender parity, both internally at DataDome and externally across the cybersecurity ecosystem. This group meets multiple times each quarter to discuss relevant topics, such as upcoming diversity in tech events, conferences, and speaking circuits BotBusters can participate in, depending on their interests.
DataDome partners with Fireside, a nonprofit organization focused on gender balancing the tech workplace. Recently, our Lead DevOps Engineer Rym Rabehi participated in the “Women in Tech Jobs” event at Station F in Paris. She spoke on a panel and ran an interactive workshop titled, “Start Your Career in Tech with Confidence”—covering self advocacy, how to evolve in your position, critical points when applying to jobs, and more.
DataDome’s Lead Data Scientist Konstantina Kontoudi, PhD, and Lead Business Data Analyst Ruslana Adamchuk joined the first ever 50inTech Women in Data Bootcamp in a live interview about their respective career paths. They discussed how their careers in data began, their approach in job applications, securing interviews, enhancing their technical skills, tips on transitioning career or industry focuses, and the importance of perseverance and humility.

Talent acquisition manager
“I volunteered to lead the pod because I am passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential. My goal is to strengthen the voice of BotBusters, learn what they care about, and put action to those interests. My mission is to motivate pod members to step outside of their comfort zone, support them throughout the process, facilitate relationships with external partners, and to help bring these projects across the finish line.”
We engaged in a month-long social media campaign highlighting inspiring individuals inside and outside DataDome. Beginning on International Women’s Day, BotBusters tipped our hats to colleagues they admire, women in STEM, and women in history that inspire and motivate us.
STEM Day is celebrated annually to amplify the importance of introducing and supporting robust science, technology, engineering, and mathematics curriculum for learners in all stages of their academic careers. In honor of STEM Day, BotBusters shared their experiences and careers in STEM.

I’ve been able to contribute to projects that are near and dear to my heart, helping advance women’s voices in the workplace, and grow alongside some fantastic humans. We really are empowered to make diversity, equity, and inclusion bloom at DataDome.”
